Matt Sherratt leaves Cardiff to join Steve Tandy’s Wales staff as full‑time attack coach. He had served as Wales interim head coach during the 2025 Six Nations and led the Japan tour that ended an 18‑Test losing run. He departs six days before Cardiff’s URC opener; existing assistants will cover while a long‑term successor is sought. Sherratt’s CV includes Gloucester, Worcester, Bristol, Ospreys and two spells at Cardiff.
